I love my job. It's the best job I've ever had. It could be your job too, we're hiring in my department!
Send your resume to my lj address if you're interested.
Skills needed:
*jr. level or above sysadmin skills (prefer some *nix and windows both, but just one would be good)
*some customer service/tech support experience (preferably for software of some type)
Optional but awesome:
*scripting/coding ability
*security clearance (we have government clients, this would be useful)
The job:
*supporting software for sysadmins (customers generally extremely informed, laid back)
*vast majority of job is emailing customers, studying files, setting up test cases & testing
Why it's awesome:
*me! um. awesome co-workers.
*laid back work environment
*interesting work, lots of stuff to learn
*easy transit access in SF - walk to CalTrain, Muni, BART
If you're interested, email me and I'll link you to our website and get your resume and stuff. The company tries to expand almost totally through friends and friends-of-friends, and I'd be thrilled to help.
