Should posting the image below lead to three years of jail time and $100,000 in fines?

I first encountered this on R6XX's blog (check out R6XX - they sell art and books and a bunch of cool stuff, and they're friends of mine), and I've been sending the story to as many mail art groups as I know. I sent it to Wooster Collective (the first link in this post), and I'm glad to see they've picked it up. I've also sent it to PostSecret and Boing Boing, and I hope they'll post it too.

I know I send collage postcards through the mail, and this story really struck a chord with me. Please pass it on.
