My plan for morning fitness isn't some huge workout. Ideally, I'd wake up an hour early and go to the gym before work, but I know that is so not going to happen. It's more a couple of small things - pushups and squats, things I can do in the bathroom. I'm trying to do 20 pushups (generally with my knees on the ground because I am not that kind of badass yet) and 20 squats every day. It's not much, but it's good to have something every day, and it does really make a difference in my strength when I keep it up.
