pope_guilty is here visiting for a few days. We've been trying to lure him out here for grad school, because he needs to get the hell out of Indiana, and because he is the awesome. He got to meet amberite when we picked him up Saturday night. Sunday, we took him to the How Weird street festival, which was awesome for the mind blowing check out all the freaks angle. foxgrrl said something like, "this could be your life!" Then he got to meet artistic_chaos, who he's been good friends with online for years. It was pretty weird to realize that Fox and I hadn't seen her in two years, but I guess that's the case. Must do that again soon. Yesterday we went to Half Moon Bay for food at this cafe I discovered last week, and then to a hotel in San Bruno for a little cognitive hacking. I think we broke his head a little, in fabulous ways. Today, I'm taking him to San Jose State, where I am attempting to get him to enroll in library school next year. Then, to Rosicrucian park. There are other adventures that await tomorrow, in particular a brief visit with merovingian.

Nine out of ten Californians agree, pope_guilty needs to move here and join us!
