Over the next couple of days, I am going to trim my friends list some. Several years back I switched to an access-based friends list - I keep people friended who I want to allow access to my posts, not necessarily people I want to read. I don't intend to change that.

In cleaning house, I'm going to drop people I don't feel like I interact with very much - people I don't know well, people with whom I don't exchange comments, etc. If I've dropped you and you've been enjoying reading my journal, comment here or email my lj address and I will more than likely add you back.

Similarly, I've been absent for a while. Maybe you've forgotten who I am, or you don't feel like we interact very much. Not that you need it, but consider this a "get out of jail free" card. Want to unfriend me without fear that I'll be offended? Go for it.
